The responsibility of tackling the Social, Political and Economic crises facing Nigeria today is one that begins primarily in the mindset and mentality of the Nigerian people, particularly the Nigeria Youth.  Our youth population needs to be properly guided by the right orientation and attitude in order to reduce the spate of youth involvement in social vices and prevent the coming generation from inheriting these challenges. Hence, pragmatic value re-orientation is a necessity.

Right Orientation Training (ROT) is an initiative of the Re-Orientation Advocates of Nigeria (RAN) designed to communicate, demonstrate and inculcate the right values and skills into the life of youths across Nigeria through Advocacy, Value Re-orientation, Attitudinal Change and Positive Actions, adapting both theoretical and practical approaches.

The Project is primed to be carried out in the 774 Local Government Areas of Nigeria using a Train- the- Trainer mechanism and will be achieved in collaboration with community based youth organizations, primary and secondary schools, religious youth groups, communities and opinion leaders.
