As part of our efforts to engender peace in Nigeria, the Re-Orientation Advocates of Nigeria (RAN) initiated the First National Youth Summit on Peace and Security in Nigeria. The Summit occasioned the convergence of various youth leaders across the country to dialogue, exchange ideas and design workable solution on challenges facing young people and the practical ways to tackle them in order to bring lasting peace and prosperity.
The inaugural summit held in Abuja between the 6th to 9th November, 2013 and two other editions were held consecutively in Akwa Ibom and Cross River states in January, 2019.
